Account Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in their cancellation, and associated funds may be forfeited.
• The name, address, and contact details provided at registration must be valid and your own.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out from your account.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on cx77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).

Withdrawal Rules

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cx77 offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• A bonus offer applies only once per customer, household, device, address, or payment account.
• cx77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Each promotion has a fixed validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

VIP Program

cx77's loyalty program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Reaching a higher tier increases your weekly cashback benefit. VIP benefits may change in accordance with platform policy.

6 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

All betting and gaming activity on cx77 is governed by the following rules.

Sports Betting

• All bets are considered final and cannot be changed once confirmed.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely, the original stake of the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If abnormal odds are generated due to a technical error, cx77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

Casino Games

• The outcome of all games is determined by a technically verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a connection is lost during a game, cx77 will determine the result based on server records.
• cx77 conducts regular gaming system audits to ensure fair play.

Dispute Resolution

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cx77 platform and immediate action will be taken if any are detected:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

• Attempting to access another user's account.

8 Account Closure & Temporary Suspension

Both cx77 and the member have the right to close an account.

Closure or Suspension by cx77

cx77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• In the event of providing false information or failure to complete identity verification.
• In the event of suspicious financial activity or concerns about fraud.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

9 Limitation of Liability

cx77 always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however cx77 is not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or disruption to third-party services.
• Any loss resulting from a user leaving their account credentials insecure.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
